We're Hiring an Event Coordinator!
Contracted Position 6 months (May-October)
The Event Coordinator (EC) shall coordinate, implement, and manage all details for the
Emma’s House annual gala to include:
Collaborate with event committee to delegate tasks and ensure follow-thru
Live Auction/Paddle Call/Silent Auction
Event setup & take-down
Event management software
Preferred Qualifications: The EC shall be a community member with special event
experience and direct knowledge of the Emma’s House event. The EC shall have skills
that lend an attention to detail, ability to communicate and work well with others,
effective and collaborative decision-making and an ability to work within a project
budget. The EC shall report to the ED in conjunction with specific goals and timeframes
on a monthly basis. The EC shall be contracted for a 6month period (May-October
2019) and paid hourly at the rate of 20.00/hour not to exceed 20 hours/week (400 hours
for completed project). The EC shall track and submit timesheets monthly and be paid
